a) Following a first limited response, a rebid by opener asks partner if his response was minimum or maximum, inquiring for game or slam

b) Following a one level response, a new suit by opener is not forcing, except for a reverse or a jump shift; a new suit at the minimum level requests a preference between the first and the second suit

c) With a three-card support for both opener's suits, responder should return to opener's first suit

d) A jump by opener in a new lower-ranking suit (a jump shift) shows a solid four-card or more suit

e) With a balanced hand, responder should declare in notrump as soon as possible

f) f) With 11+ TP, responder must rebid until his hand has been limited

g) With 13+ TP, responder must bid up to game
