a) Requirements

 - A three-card or more minor

 - No five-card major

 - 13 to 21 total points (highcard points + long-suit points)

b) General rules of responses to one of a minor

 - Give a preference to a five-card major

 - Declare the lower-ranking ot two or three four-card suits

 - Bid 1NT with a minimum hand and no four-card major

 - Jump in NT with a balanced 10+ HCP and stoppers for the unbid suits (requires 2 cards or more in partner's suit)

c) Responses with a 4/5+ trump support

 - Add your short-suit points to your high-card points

 - Raise partner's suit according to your total point-count

 - Game in notrump is preferable to game in a minor suit

d) Responses to a ONE CLUB opening
